From a recent CNBC article titled “Americans are fleeing climate change — here’s where they can go” Associate Professor of Real Estate, Jesse Keenan, at Tulane University, submitted the following list of Cities that will fair well during climate change as “climate havens”. Some of the usuals are there including Duluth and Madison. Ann Arbor was another City that was mentioned in the article too which has not been on too many lists lately. Duluth’s winter are still winters; this year winter broke the wind record; “In Duluth, winds gusted to 30 mph or higher on 40 days over those three months this winter. The past few years have been the windiest on record by far.”
